## About the Role

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Building Services, or a related discipline.
 * Experience in product design, engineering development, or design engineering.
 * Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
 * Dynamic individual who operates well under pressure and with tight deadlines
 * Experience in detailed project management and coordination
 * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
 * Clear communicator who enjoys working with diverse teams and external partners.
 * Be willing to travel as and when required
 * Comfortable using project management and reporting tools (Excel, MS Project, Power BI, or similar)
 * Interest in data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking)

Desirable Experience

 * Data centres or mission-critical facilities.
 * HVAC, cooling, ventilation, or building services.
 * Manufacturing or industrial product development.
 * +3 years of CAD design experience (Revit/SolidWorks/Auto CAD)#
 * German, French or Nordic language skills

 * Creating and maintaining design standards and best practice documentation.
 * Assessing emerging technologies and industry trends.
