Able to set and meet goals; is sincere, cares for others; and has an overwhelming desire to win and to be part of a winning team. ## Description The AI Transformation Program Manager is part of the global Digitalization & AI Office and drives the AI transformation within BEUMER North America. The role focuses on identifying high-impact use cases and owning their end-to-end implementation, with a strong emphasis on hands-on delivery and measurable business value.
