This project delivers a comprehensive roadmap covering AI, MLOps, data governance, and platform scalability, supporting a shift towards data-first operations and intelligent automation. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field (PhD is a strong advantage). - 5+ years of experience developing Computer Vision and Machine Learning solutions. - Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures including CNNs, Vision Transformers (ViTs), object detection, image segmentation, OCR, image classification, and multimodal vision models. - Hands-on experience implementing Explainable AI (XAI) techniques - Experience measuring and improving model transparency, fairness, robustness, and uncertainty. - Strong Python programming skills. - Experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow. - Experience with OpenCV and modern computer vision libraries. - Experience designing, executing, and evaluating Proof-of-Concepts and research prototypes. Will be a plus: - Experience working in consulting or client-facing innovation projects.
