## About the Role

* Strong hands-on Amazon Connect architecture/design experience.
 * AWS: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, EventBridge, IAM.
 * IVR, intelligent routing, CTI, and omnichannel contact center expertise.
 * REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven/cloud-native architecture.
 * Amazon Connect integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar CRM.
 * Strong knowledge of enterprise security, authentication, and compliance.

Preferred

 * Amazon Lex, AWS Bedrock, Conversational AI, Voice Bots
 * Contact Center Analytics
 * Banking/Financial Services experience
 * AWS Solutions Architect / Amazon Connect certification
 * Large-scale cloud migration and customer service transformation experience

## Description

* Design scalable Amazon Connect solutions for voice, chat, IVR, and omnichannel engagement.
 * Lead contact center cloud migration and modernization programs.
 * Develop integrations with CRM, WFM, customer data, and enterprise platforms.
 * Design virtual assistants, voice bots, self-service, and conversational AI solutions.
 * Ensure security, compliance, resiliency, and architecture standards.
 * Provide technical leadership and work closely with business, engineering, product, and vendor teams.
