 * Knowledge of government IT operations, policies, and security standards.
 * Familiarity with device lifecycle management and e-cycling processes.

## Description

* Configure and set up mobile devices in alignment with the organization's refresh program.
 * Coordinate deployments of mobile devices to end users, including scheduling, logistics, and user handoff.
 * Receive, process, and track old devices for secure e-cycling and disposal according to policy.
 * Provide first-level support for break/fix issues, troubleshooting, and inquiries related to issued mobile devices.
 * Collaborate with the Unified Endpoint Management team to ensure successful device transitions with minimal disruption to operations.
 * Maintain accurate deployment, inventory, and support documentation.
 * Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices during all deployment and support activities.
