The System Analyst will gather, document, analyze, and test business requirements while working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role will also serve as the ScrumMaster, with heavy use of Azure DevOps for managing epics, features, user stories, and project workflows., Business Analysis * Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. * Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. * Translate business needs into technical specifications. * Analyze existing and future-state business processes, data, and systems. * Communicate system functionality and business needs to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Quality Assurance & Testing * Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases. * Execute functional, integration, and regression testing. * Log, track, and resolve application defects. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Validate delivered solutions against documented requirements and quality standards. * Coordinate testing activities with business partners. Agile & ScrumMaster * Serve as ScrumMaster for project activities. * Use Azure DevOps extensively to manage project work. * Create and manage epics, features, and user stories. * Track work items throughout the project lifecycle. * Support Agile project management practices. * Coordinate with the PMO Project Manager on required project artifacts and documentation.
