This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills * Has experience in Electronic Warfare or RADAR systems * Has experience with DevSecOps * Has experience with Containers including Docker or Kubernetes. * Serve as team lead at the level appropriate to the software development process being used on any particular project. * Experience in development of software testing automation (JSON, Java, GoogleTest, Shell scripts, etc as examples of possible scripting experience) * Deployment of software releases on operational systems * Experience with Real-time Embedded Software Development * Experience developing on Windows/Unix/Linux Operating Systems ## Description A BAE Systems Software Engineer designs, develops, tests, deploys, documents, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems based upon documented requirements. These systems might include, but are not limited to, processing intensive analytics, algorithm development, real-time systems, Electronic Warfare Systems, and application and systems development and monitoring. Works individually or as part of a team. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports.
