## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in PMO, Program Management, or Project Management roles.
 * Proven experience supporting large-scale IT transformation programs.
 * Previous experience in M&A integration, merger programs, acquisitions, or organizational integration initiatives is highly desirable.
 * Strong understanding of project governance and portfolio management methodologies.
 * Ability to interact with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
 * Experience working within global and matrix organizations.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English., Experience in one or more of the following industries would be considered a strong advantage:
 * Logistics
 * Supply Chain
 * Transportation
 * Freight Forwarding
 * Contract Logistics
 * Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
 * Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
 * Enterprise Data Programs

## Description

The selected candidate will play a central role in the governance and execution of the integration program by:

 * Supporting the overall management of a large-scale IT integration portfolio.
 * Coordinating multiple workstreams across business and technology teams.
 * Establishing and maintaining program governance processes and reporting frameworks.
 * Creating executive dashboards, KPI tracking, and status reporting.
 * Identifying and managing program risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
 * Preparing governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
 * Ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
 * Supporting application consolidation and process harmonization initiatives.
 * Contributing to change management and communication efforts throughout the integration lifecycle., * PMO Leadership
