This customer-facing role will be instrumental in ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will be fully remote within the United States., We are seeking a User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) Subject Matter Expert with government contracting experience. The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of hands-on experience, a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities is a plus. * Drive UX strategy and design efforts across federal digital platforms. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions. * Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and iterate on design concepts.
