## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
 * 7-10 years of progressive HRIS and HR technology experience with 3-5 years of leadership experience.
 * Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience leading complex HR technology implementations and enterprise-wide initiatives.
 * Specific experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro), including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Reporting and Business Intelligence modules, is strongly preferred.

## Description

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

 * Lead the HR technology strategy and multi-year HRIS roadmap.
 * Oversee HRIS administration, optimization, upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
 * Serve as principal HR technology advisor to HR and executive leadership.
 * Direct enterprise HRIS projects and vendor relationships.
 * Establish data governance standards, security protocols, audits, and compliance controls.
 * Oversee reporting, dashboards, workforce analytics, and executive reporting.
 * Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, automation, and user experience.
 * Lead testing, change management, communications, and adoption efforts related to system enhancements.
 * Serve as executive owner of the UKG Pro platform strategy and optimization efforts.
 * Supervise HRIS staff and support professional development and performance management.
