with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred Deep knowledge in latest Server CPU and GPU Server product offerings and design features. enterprise customers and win business with enterprise and data center solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned): Work with design, Validation engineers and System PM's to support New AMD/NVIDIA GPU Product Introductions (NPI) Ability to work on AI and GPU related server product lines Work directly with customers. Sales Reps, FAEs and onsite team to identify, troubleshoot, root cause and resolve technical issues including motherboard, server systems, computer peripherals and software issues Work with various internal teams, R&D HW, SW, and production to resolve technical issues Continually develop knowledge base of current and new products. Acts as the product expert, with deep technical understanding, engaging with both the product support team and development team to provide correct product solutions to customers Qualifications: BSEE or Computer Engineering, MSEE or Computer Engineering
