Who You Are - You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or equivalent work experience - You bring over 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer. Cisco CCNP certification is preferred - You have supported, troubleshooted, and implemented large and complex data networks (LAN, DCLAN, WAN, Wireless) - You have worked with external vendors and service providers, particularly telecom carriers - You
are experienced with infrastructure automation, including automated provisioning of network devices - Experience applying infrastructure automation tools, infrastructure as code (IaC), scripting languages, logging, monitoring, and observability tools - You can work flexible hours, handle occasional overtime, and participate in on-call duties - You are fluent in English, both written and spoken RDT2026 Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate. Your Responsibilities - Ensure the infrastructure is running properly to achieve agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Operational Level Agreements (OLAs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Objectives (SLOs) in compliance with quality requirements. Manage internal infrastructure updates and patch implementations to maintain a reliable and stable environment. - Work closely with stakeholders, internal and externals, to design , build and maintain IT solutions that meet business requirements for performance, availability, security, and compatibility. - Apply software engineering principles to build and manage large-scale IT infrastructure products across their lifecycle. Support to abstract away infrastructure complexity by providing self-service tools - Manage ITSM processes and track the resolution for reporting and resolving incidents, problems, changes, requests, and releases.
