## About the Role

Compensaciones / Beneficios * Design power electronics hardware, including schematics, power stages, gate drivers, and auxiliary circuits * Define hardware architecture based on requirements and select components accordingly * Perform electrical, thermal, magnetic calculations and simulations to optimize performance * Prepare and maintain design specs, test reports, BOMs and related documentation * Provide technical support during prototypes, pilot production and industrialization * Investigate hardware failures with root cause analysis and implement corrective actions * Support product certification activities to IEC, UL, CE and other standards * Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing and quality teams to support development Responsabilidades * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field * 0-3 years of experience * Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) Requisitos principales *
