## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in change management and internal communications, preferably in large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
Strong understanding of training development and corporate surveys.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proven ability to develop and implement change management and communications strategies across multiple concurrent programs.
Experience working in matrix organizations and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences.
Basic to intermediate creative design skills, with hands?on experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, PowerPoint (advanced), or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with internal communication tools and platforms.
Experience with SharePoint, Viva Engage (Yammer), or similar internal digital platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP).
Knowledge of Sanofi's organizational structure and culture.
