Soft Skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. * Passion for automation, reliability, and continuous improvement. * Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams. * Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. * Fluent English. ## Description * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting software deployments across multiple sites and datacenters. * Operate and evolve on-premises Kubernetes environments and legacy platforms hosting business-critical applications. * Drive Infrastructure as Code initiatives and automation strategies to improve consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency. * Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform reliability and observability. * Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform Root Cause Analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Support software release processes, automated testing, system performance analysis, and platform optimization. * Lead automation efforts using technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Database, IT Operations, Product, Project Management, and R&D., You'll join the Middleware (ePayments) team, supporting critical platforms including the company's Data Center infrastructure and customer-facing products.
