What We're Looking For Strong commercial experience developing backend applications with Python.
Experience designing APIs and distributed backend systems.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of databases, data modelling and system integration.
Good knowledge of CI/CD, testing and observability.
Ability to make sound architectural decisions and communicate technical trade-offs.
