Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment with CalSTRS. ## Description Under the general direction of the Development Manager (Information Technology Manager l), the Senior Developer (Information Technology Specialist ll) is responsible for contributing to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) on the BenefitConnect (BC) application. The incumbent provides technical leadership to development teams, oversees integration processes, and collaborates with stakeholders to translate needs into effective solutions while ensuring optimal performance and support., Interested individuals must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in addition to the standard state application (form STD 678).
