Relevant recent experience with AI coaching. * Deep knowledge of agile change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks; certifications (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) are beneficial but not required. * Demonstrated experience using AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance change delivery, insights, and outcomes-and a strong desire to continue upskilling in this space. * Skilled in AI enablement and change adoption, with the ability to coach stakeholders and teams on effectively leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business outcomes. * Proven success designing and executing structured AI-forward change approaches for large-scale transformations, technology implementations, or operating model shifts. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and influence stakeholders at all levels-from frontline teams to senior executives. * A collaborative, adaptive working style and comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and diverse client environments. * Ability to quickly build industry fluency, trust, and credibility, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and senior leaders. ## Description Hybrid/In-office: This is not a fully remote role and there are expectations that if your team leaders or client requires you onsite that you can meet those expectations/requirements. We are seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Workforce Modernization team, partnering with clients to drive organizational transformation through human-centered change, AI-powered enablement, and modern workforce strategies. We help clients align people, processes, and technology to accelerate adoption, improve effectiveness, and achieve meaningful business outcomes. Our consultants excel in ambiguity, bringing clarity, collaboration, and measurable results to complex transformation initiatives.
