## About the Role

1. 8+ years of enterprise integration experience, including senior-level design ownership using SAP BTP or SAP Integration Suite.
 2. Strong experience with Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh or messaging, adapters, transformations, security, and monitoring.
 3. Experience designing integrations across SAP and non-SAP applications, including Salesforce or comparable CRM and customer platforms.
 4. Strong command of interface specifications, mappings, events, APIs, error handling, resiliency, monitoring, and operational support.
 5. Ability to guide developers and resolve detailed design questions while aligning with architecture standards.
 6. Strong facilitation, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills across distributed teams., 1. Experience integrating Salesforce solutions involving OmniStudio or OmniScript; Energy & Utilities Cloud experience is strongly preferred, with Clean Energy Module experience considered an additional plus.
 2. Utility, CIS, billing, regulated-industry, or clean-energy program integration experience.
 3. SAP BTP, Integration Suite, Salesforce, API, cloud credentials, or experience with S/4HANA, ECC, IS-U, CRM, or Ariba.

## Description

The Senior Integration Designer - SAP BTP leads detailed integration design across SAP BTP, SAP and non-SAP applications, Salesforce, data platforms, legacy systems, and downstream operations. The role translates architecture and business processes into implementation-ready integration specifications and guides delivery teams through build and testing., 1. Lead interface discovery, current-state analysis, and detailed design for integrations involving SAP BTP and connected platforms.

 2. Design solutions using SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, adapters, connectors, and related capabilities.
 3. Design interfaces connecting Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, Data Cloud, SAP applications, and customer systems.
 4. Create interface specifications, mappings, sequence flows, message models, transformation rules, routing, validation, error handling, and support requirements.
 5. Define detailed designs for REST, asynchronous, event-driven, batch, file-based, and near-real-time integrations.
 6. Document authentication, certificates, privacy, logging, monitoring, reconciliation, resiliency, and operational controls.
 7. Analyze legacy interfaces, identify reusable patterns, remove obsolete logic, and reduce redundant integrations.
 8. Lead design reviews, guide developers, support testing and defects, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
 9. Use client-provided or client-approved AI acceleration tools when appropriate for analysis, requirements, design, development, documentation, testing, and defect resolution. Independently validate all AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, maintainability, privacy, and compliance.
