We are seeking an experienced Staff - Technology Operations to own Destination Services for a fast-paced, rapidly growing, cross-border inbound logistics service. This Staff, TO will define the vision and roadmap for the destination-side services we will offer to Walmart Imports sellers. This role will focus on shaping the future Destination Services product - grounded in seller feedback, service performance insights, and operational feasibility. Partnering closely with Operations, Product, and cross-functional teams, you will translate seller needs and operational realities into clear business requirements, design end-to-end service experiences, and guide the development of scalable, reliable capabilities from port unload through delivery to FCs.
