Degree, Technical Engineering degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
Experience of 5 - 10 years in the administration and management of backup and data protection platforms.
Advanced knowledge of backup tools such as
Dell NetWorker (Highly Valuable) , PowerProtect Data Manager (PPDM), Veeam, and Commvault.
Experience managing backup infrastructure devices such as Data Domain and LTO tape libraries.
Proven experience working in complex, high-availability corporate environments.
Experience in regulated environments and audit-driven organizations is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of quality processes, validation, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Advanced level of English and Spanish.
Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and manage service demand effectively.
Strong problem?solving and decision?making skills.
Ability to interact effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers.
Strong orientation towards quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

## Description
