## Description

We are looking for aSenior Electrical AIT Engineerto lead spacecraft electrical Assembly, Integration and Test (AIT) activities across the full project lifecycle, from subsystem integration through to launch campaign support.This role carries strong ownership of theplanning and procedural side of AIT- defining how integration and test activity is structured before it reaches the floor - withremote/hybrid flexibilityavailable for planning-heavy phases of work.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadspacecraft electrical AIT activitiesfor flight hardware across the project lifecycle Define and planspacecraft electrical integration, functional verification, and test campaigns, from subsystem integration through to launch campaign support Specify, develop, validate, and maintainElectrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) Author, review, and approve AIT documentation , including Integration Procedures, Test Procedures, Test Plans, and Test Reports Coordinate cross-functional teams during integration and test campaigns, ensuring alignment with schedule, quality, and safety requirements Supportenvironmental test campaigns(vibration, thermal vacuum, EMC, etc.), including electrical setup, functional testing, troubleshooting, and anomaly resolution Carry out electrical integration tasks: harness installation, connector mating/demating, electrical inspections, continuity checks, functional verification Leadanomaly investigation, root-cause analysis, and non-conformance resolution Ensure alignment withECSS-equivalent standards , client requirements, and AIT best practice Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians What We're Looking For5+ years' experiencein spacecraft AIT or a closely related discipline, including flight-hardware projects Strong grounding in spacecraftelectrical integration, harness architecture, interfaces, and functional verification Experience specifying, developing, and operatingEGSE Familiarity withECSS, MIL-STD, or equivalent aerospace quality standards Confident use of electrical test equipment and lab instrumentation Demonstrated ownership of electrical AIT activity across afull project lifecycle Exposure toEarth Observation missions and/or launch vehiclesis an advantage Background in the aerospace sector European space programmeexposure is an advantage Familiarity with verification activity in later development phases (pre-flight/qualification) Strong troubleshooting ability and structured problem-solving approach#J-*****-Ljbffr
