## About the Role

Do you have experience in XML?, A leading industrial technology and automation organization is seeking an experienced MES Engineer to work directly with customers and deliver solutions within the Manufacturing Level 3 space-the critical boundary between plant-floor automation and IT systems. This role requires strong technical execution, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, real-time process environments., * Proven project delivery experience involving data systems and MES technologies.

 * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, server setup, and network configuration.
 * Hands-on experience with MES systems (Syncade or other major MES platforms).
 * Familiarity with SQL, VBScript, XML, XSL, and similar technologies.
 * Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 * Self-driven, with consistent follow-through and a commitment to continuous learning., * Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent technical degree).
 * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
 * Ability to travel for on-site commissioning and training activities.

## Description

* Execute MES projects including installation, configuration, and deployment of MES platforms (e.g., Syncade or similar systems).
 * Develop reports, system interfaces, and integrations with Automation, DCS, SCADA, and ERP systems.
 * Configure servers, databases, and data connections to various third-party systems.
 * Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues quickly and effectively.
 * Implement custom configuration and software components to meet project requirements.
 * Perform on-site customer visits for installation, commissioning, startup, and end-user training.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope.
