## Description

mediante plataforma de ticketing, documentando y escalando los casos cuando sea necesario. * Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias de hardware en ordenadores y portátiles. * Realizar configuraciones básicas de red (LAN, WiFi, IP, DNS y DHCP). * Configurar dispositivos de red básicos como routers y firewalls. * Dar soporte básico en entornos Active Directory y Microsoft 365. * Colaborar en tareas relacionadas con servidores Linux (valorable). * Contribuir al correcto funcionamiento y evolución de la infraestructura tecnológica de la compañía. ¿Qué te podemos ofrecer? * Incorporación a una empresa consolidada, líder en su sector y en constante crecimiento. * Proyecto estable con posibilidades de desarrollo profesional. * Formar parte de un equipo de Sistemas dinámico, cercano y con un excelente ambiente de trabajo. * Formación continua y aprendizaje en un entorno tecnológico en constante evolución. * Jornada completa de 40 horas
