## About the Role

Job Title: Lead Data Quality Analyst Role Purpose Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of enterprise data by defining standards, monitoring quality, and leading remediation initiatives. Act as a key contributor to data governance programs and support decision-making with reliable, high-quality data. Key Responsibilities - Define, document, and implement data quality rules, standards, and metrics across enterprise systems - Monitor and assess data quality using analytics, profiling, and reporting tools - Lead data remediation initiatives to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance with governance policies - Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify root causes of data quality issues - Support data governance frameworks, including policies, procedures, and stewardship activities - Provide regular reports and dashboards on data quality metrics and trends - Mentor junior data analysts and promote data quality best practices across teams Required
Experience & Skills - 6+ years of experience in data quality, data governance, or related data management roles - Strong knowledge of data management principles, data quality frameworks, and governance practices - Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data remediation tools - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence business and technical teams Nice to Have - Experience with MDM (Master Data Management) platforms and tools - Familiarity with data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.) - Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data (e.g., GDPR, BCBS 239) - Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis/automation tools - Previous experience in financial services or other regulated industries
