Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, configuration, permissions, validation rules, and deployment practices. 3. Hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and OmniScript, including guided workflows, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, or comparable OmniStudio components. 4. Experience with Service Cloud and working knowledge of Sales Cloud and Data Cloud within an enterprise Salesforce implementation. 5. Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, REST or SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven integration, data mapping, error handling, and environment-based releases. 6. Ability to analyze requirements and designs, estimate work, build testable solutions, troubleshoot defects, and communicate technical risks clearly. 7. Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams. 8. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain decisions, document risks and dependencies, and collaborate directly with business and technology stakeholders. 9. Experience using enterprise-approved AI-assisted tools where appropriate, with independent validation of outputs., 1. Experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud and/or the Salesforce Clean Energy Module in utility customer operations, customer information system, clean-energy, or regulated-industry transformations. 2. MuleSoft, SAP BTP, customer API, data migration, or enterprise data-platform experience. 3. Salesforce Platform Developer, OmniStudio, Energy & Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, or Data Cloud credentials. ## Description The SF Developer/Integration 1 will design, build, test, and support Salesforce capabilities and integrations for the utility customer transformation. The role requires hands-on delivery across Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and release-ready implementation practices. This individual will independently own assigned scope, participate in design decisions, and communicate clearly with architects, analysts, QA, data, integration, and distributed delivery teams., 1. Design, build, and support Salesforce capabilities using Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, configuration, and reusable platform patterns. 2. Implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST or SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, event-driven patterns, batch interfaces, and data services. 3. Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, functional designs, data mappings, and technical specifications into secure, scalable, testable Salesforce functionality. 4. Support code and configuration reviews, unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, deployment preparation, release validation, and production transition. 5. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA, data migration, integration, security, and distributed delivery teams to resolve design questions and blockers. 6.
