## Description

We are seeking Applications Systems Manager will lead the administration, support, and production management of enterprise applications, with a strong focus on IBM WebSphere Application Server and Java-based applications. This role requires hands-on experience managing enterprise application environments, middleware, JVM tuning, SSL/security, and production support, along with proven team leadership and application management experience. An application leader-not simply a Java Developer or WebSphere Administrator.
