* Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang microservices

 * Participate in system design reviews and contribute to the overall engineering strategy
 * Ensure the quality, reliability, and observability of your code throughout its lifecycle
 * Plan and execute projects from inception to delivery with strong ownership
 * Mentor peers and junior engineers, promoting best practices
