We are seeking a Director of Technology & Automation to lead and execute technology initiatives that directly improve operational efficiency, enhance member value, and support business growth. This role focuses on the practical application of technology to drive measurable business outcomes through system optimization, workflow automation, process improvement, and scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can both establish direction and deliver results, while also leading and developing the IT team. This position combines strategic prioritization with operational execution, ensuring technology investments are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives. Working across departments, the Director of Technology & Automation will identify opportunities to improve technology processes, integrate systems, leverage data more effectively, and implement automation that increases efficiency for both PSA employees and members.
