We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fast-paced call center environment. In this role, you'll take inbound calls, assist customers with billing questions, review energy usage information, and help customers learn about programs that can lower their energy costs. You'll also educate customers on renewable energy options and energy-saving solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience., * Answer incoming customer calls in a high-volume call center environment

 * Resolve billing questions and account concerns
 * Analyze energy usage and provide solutions to customers
 * Educate customers on energy efficiency and conservation programs
 * Promote renewable energy programs and other available services
 * Document customer interactions using CRM systems
