* A strong track record designing for Android and iOS and experience thriving in a small, fast-moving team.
 * Experience operating in a high-autonomy startup environment - you're comfortable setting direction, owning the outcome and knowing when to decide independently and when to seek a second opinion
 * Strong UX thinking - You design for the whole user journey and think in service design, solving problems and making choices that scale as the product evolves.
 * Sharp prioritisation and judgement - You prioritise well under competing demands and apply the right level of craft for the problem in front of you.
 * Experience planning and running user research and usability testing.
 * A data-led approach - You design with evidence and for evidence, backing decisions with research, data and competitive analysis, and designing so outcomes can be measured.
 * Experience in a HealthTech, or a highly regulated environment.
