## About the Role

* 15+ years of IT contract management and negotiation experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience negotiating complex enterprise technology contracts.
 * Experience with Oracle, AWS/cloud, ERP, SaaS, and cybersecurity/data security agreements.
 * Strong contract review and redlining experience.
 * Experience managing contracts through the full contract lifecycle.
 * Ability to independently manage multiple complex negotiations.

Preferred

 * Higher Education or Public Sector contracting experience.
 * Experience with large, complex or multi-entity organizations.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Contracts Manager to manage and negotiate complex technology contracts for a large university system. This is a hands-on contract management role responsible for taking agreements from procurement/RFP award through negotiation and signature., * Manage the full lifecycle of IT contracts from award through execution.

 * Negotiate contracts for Oracle, AWS/cloud, ERP, SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, data security, and IT services.
 * Review and redline MSAs, SOWs, order forms, amendments, and related agreements.
 * Negotiate key terms including pricing, data security, liability, indemnification, SLAs, insurance, and IP.
 * Work closely with Procurement, Legal, IT stakeholders, and vendors.
 * Manage multiple contract negotiations and renewals simultaneously.
 * Track approvals and drive contracts through timely execution.
