## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core.
 * Strong ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core development experience.
 * Experience with React.js and modern front-end development.
 * Strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills.
 * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or comparable SQL databases.
 * Hands-on experience with AWS cloud development.
 + Best candidates will have some or all of the following AWS services: Lambda, S3, Route 53, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL / Aurora
 * Experience with full-stack software development.
 * Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
 * Experience with GitHub and modern source-control practices.
 * Experience working with legacy applications and/or application modernization., * GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools. (Because we have competition, I'd almost make this a must-have)
 * Harness and CI/CD pipeline automation.
 * Docker/containerized applications.
 * Red Hat OpenShift.
 * HashiCorp technologies.
 * JIRA / Atlassian tools.
 * Experience migrating applications or codebases to GitHub.
 * Banking or financial services experience.
 * Experience supporting security, vulnerability remediation, or application modernization initiatives.
