## About the Role

Do you have experience in Machine repair?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent

 * 6 months to 1 year of technical repair experience required
 * Experience with debugging or testing electro-mechanical equipment is a plus
 * A+ Certification is a plus
 * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Windows environment)
 * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
 * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
 * Comfortable working on a production floor environment

## Description

We are seeking a Repair Technician I to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and testing computer hardware and equipment to ensure quality and performance standards are met., * Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and basic software issues

 * Repair or replace components on servers and electronic equipment
 * Disassemble and reassemble units following detailed work instructions
 * Test and verify product functionality to ensure quality standards are met
 * Accurately document repairs and enter data into internal systems
 * Identify and report recurring issues to engineering and quality teams
 * Inspect products for accuracy, labeling, and defects
 * Maintain a clean and safe work environment
 * Follow all safety procedures and company policies
