## About the Role

* Hands-on experience with mobile device deployment and configuration, including iOS platforms.
 * Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or similar).
 * Ability to provide effective end-user support with strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills.
 * Strong organizational skills for managing device scheduling, tracking, and handoffs.
 * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while providing excellent customer service.
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to IT security practices.

Preferred Skills/Experience

 * Prior experience with large-scale device deployment projects.
 * Knowledge of County or government IT operations, policies, and security standards.
 * Familiarity with device lifecycle management and e-cycling processes.
