A senior Data Analyst with approximately 70% technical expertise (SQL, Python, Data Analysis, Data Lineage) and 30% business acumen, capable of independently engaging with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, investigating data issues, and providing data-driven solutions in a banking environment.

 * Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (advanced querying, joins, performance optimization, data analysis).
 * Good working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and API/data integration.
 * Experience in Data Analysis, Data Validation, and Data Investigation.
 * Strong understanding of Data Lineage, Root Cause Analysis, and Impact Analysis.
 * Experience working with Oracle Databases.
 * Good understanding of ETL concepts and data integration processes.
 * Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts.
 * Exposure to IBM MDM or similar MDM platforms.

Domain Experience

 * Banking and Financial Services experience is highly preferred.
 * Exposure to Client Master, Customer Master, Account Master, Product Master, or Reference Data domains.
