## About the Role

* Proficiency in C#
 * Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
 * 3-5 years of direct hands-on software development experience
 * Proficiency in Object-Oriented, interface-driven design and implementation
 * Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework and related development tools
 * Understanding of Windows operating system, server platforms, and security models
 * Experience with large scale, multi-threaded, and asynchronous design and implementation
 * Knowledge of web-based communication protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, UDP

Additional Skills & Qualifications

 * Understanding of MVVM, WPF, WCF, Entity Framework and LINQ
 * Understanding of Linux and Unix-based Operating Systems
 * Knowledge of languages such as C/C++
 * Experience with web technologies like Meteor JS, React, Node.js, MQTT, JavaScript, jQuery
 * Understanding of database technologies including Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, MongoDB
 * Experience in database-driven and service-oriented design and architecture
 * Familiarity with modern unit testing practices and major vendor frameworks
 * Knowledge of security protocols and models for web-based applications
 * Self-motivated and able to perform well in a collaborative team environment
 * Experience with source control systems and change management tools (e.g., Git, Mercurial, Subversion)
