Knowledge of data analysis to plan and execute data analytic studies that materially affect projects, programs, and initiatives. 3. Ability to gather, evaluate, and format data and compile statistical information to prepare recurring reports. 4. Knowledge of office automation system software and programs to build, implement, operate, and maintain databases. 5. Skill in written and oral communications to explain and implement business systems and data management decisions and practices. Demonstration of these KSAs must be supported by your application. As a Data Analyst in the Office of Fleet Management, you will be responsible for the following duties: * Performs broad technical data analysis functions and supports the program objectives in the formulation and implementation of data that streamlines operations, improves efficiency, enhances customer service, and supports mission outcomes. Provides advanced data analysis using a solid knowledge base of various computer program languages and understanding of processing information. * Designs and conducts complex data efforts, comprehensive data studies, and analytical projects supporting organizational priorities, business transformation initiatives, and operational improvements. * Plans, develops, and executes recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics for leadership. Develops narrative reports, briefing materials, fact sheets, and analytical summaries on operational, policy, organizational, financial, and performance-related issues. * Manipulates and interprets data using tools such as Microsoft Excel, GoogleSheets, Microstrategy, and/or Tableau, and other analytical and business intelligence platforms to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
