 * Build AI engineering systems that automate software development, testing, code reviews, and delivery.
 * Lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and raise engineering quality across the team.
 * Partner closely with product leadership to rapidly turn ideas into production features.
 * Continuously improve engineering velocity through AI, automation, and reusable development workflows., You'll help define how enterprise software is built in the AI era. Rather than simply delivering features, you'll build AI-native engineering systems that allow small teams to produce the output of organizations many times their size.
