## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 * 4-7 years of relevant cloud engineering experience
 * Experience supporting secure federal, DHS, or DoD cloud environments
 * Knowledge of AWS GovCloud and/or Microsoft Azure Government
 * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
 * Familiarity with NIST 800-53 and federal cybersecurity requirements
 * Security+ CE certification preferred

## Description

Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Mid Level Cloud Engineer to support the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure supporting Moodle LMS environments and enterprise applications for U.S. Coast Guard and federal government customers.
Duties:

 * Manage cloud-hosted Moodle environments
 * Support AWS GovCloud and/or Azure Government infrastructure operations
 * Monitor system performance, scalability, and availability
 * Assist with backups, disaster recovery, and security controls
 * Support DevSecOps and deployment activities
