 - Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
 - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications
 - Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting
 - Excellent communication and customer service skills
 - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
 - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
 - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
 - Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus

## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Technician to join our growing team. The Help Desk Technician will provide technical support and assistance to our internal staff and external clients.
