 * JavaScript: 10+ years of strong hands-on development experience.
 * MongoDB: 7+ years with strong database and data-structuring skills.
 * React.js: Strong hands-on experience building and modifying frontend components.
 * Strong Node.js, Express.js, HTML, and CSS experience.
 * Must be a true full-stack developer, comfortable working across frontend, backend, and database layers.
 * Electron.js and Python are pluses, but not required.
