Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience. - Consulting background (Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, PwC, EY, etc.). - Experience supporting CDOs, Data Governance Councils, AI Governance Committees, or Enterprise Architecture teams. - Experience implementing Responsible AI frameworks and governance programs. ## Description A Bioscience company headquartered in San Diego, CA is seeking a Principal level Program Manager to lead their AI Strategy, Platform and Roadmap. The Principal Program Manager will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives that define, deliver, and mature the company's core AI and machine learning platforms. This role combines technical program leadership, platform product management, and strategic advisory responsibilities to accelerate enterprise adoption of secure, scalable, and governed AI capabilities. This role partners with Engineering, Data, Cybersecurity, Tech Enablement & Adoption, Compliance and business stakeholders to architect platform strategy, own the AI services roadmap, and orchestrate multi-team execution across complex workstreams.
