## About the Role

We are hiring Level 1 Technicians who are trainable with experience working a physically demanding job in the past. Work ethic and attitude are the main thing they are looking for as they will be working at a data center. Dependability and attendance are crucial as well. Must be able to work 10hr days outside in the heat and cold., 1. Experience working in physically demanding environments (construction, trades, military, or similar)

 2. Strong work ethic and positive attitude

 3. Reliable attendance history

 4. Hands on electrical or military experience is highly valued

 5. Must be able to work on ladders and lifts, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
