Demonstrated experience translating customer, stakeholder, and business needs into requirements, roadmap priorities, backlog decisions, and measurable outcomes. Strong customer-facing experience incorporating Voice of Customer into product direction. Experience with web-based, enterprise, platform, or data-driven products preferred. Deep understanding of product discovery, roadmap development, backlog prioritization, release planning, agile delivery, and tradeoff analysis balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and operational considerations. ## Description Product backlog and release planning: o Current-state assessment and prioritized product backlog for assigned product areas. o Defined epics, user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria aligned to product strategy. o Release and sequencing recommendations with documented tradeoffs and dependencies. o Regular status and progress reporting using delivery data, feedback, and stakeholder input. Product discovery, roadmaps, and vision: o Voice of Customer and stakeholder research summary with validated problems and opportunities. o Product roadmap for assigned areas aligned to business priorities and technology strategy. o Product vision and future-state documentation, including MRDs/PRDs or equivalent artifacts as needed. o Cross-functional alignment on roadmap themes, workstreams, and client-facing messaging where applicable. Final review and handover: o Summary of product decisions, process improvements, and backlog/roadmap refinements made during the engagement.
