This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)). ## Description D&G is seeking a Help Desk Analyst (Systems Administrator) to support the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Integrated Data Environment & Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC) Program. IGC provides a centralized platform for accessing common data, business services, and material asset visibility, delivering integrated logistics information that supports Combatant Commands, Military Services, and other Federal agencies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, supporting enterprise applications, and ensuring mission-critical systems remain available for users across the Department of Defense logistics enterprise. What You Will Do Monitor, troubleshoot, and support IGC production applications while responding to user incidents submitted through support tickets, email, phone, and in-person requests. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, application, and system issues in a timely manner. Provide technical guidance and user support for application functionality, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Test and evaluate new technologies to improve or enhance existing systems and processes. Monitor system health, performance, and usage, producing reports and recommendations as needed. Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, QA teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical issues. Document, track, and maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system changes. Maintain and update internal IT procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles. Participate in system maintenance activities and support continuous process improvements.
