Preferred * HTML/CSS; Angular; Bootstrap (as relevant to ServiceNow UI needs). * Agile/Scrum development experience; Jira. * SQL and experience with common database concepts. * Identity/access concepts (e.g., SSO/IdM) and related integrations. * Experience with enterprise integration patterns and external system connectivity. ## Description The Associate ServiceNow Engineer designs, builds, tests, and deploys solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role works with internal customers to gather requirements, develops custom functionality and integrations, supports platform troubleshooting, and produces clear technical documentation. The engineer collaborates with stakeholders and vendors, contributes to development standards, and helps the team deliver quality solutions on schedule.
