 * A research mindset - happy figuring things out in an early-stage, evolving environment
 * Independent and confident driving your own projects (technical support available, but this isn't a heavily structured/managed environment)
 * 3+ years' experience - but they care far more about mindset and ability than years on paper

Nice to have:

 * Exposure to LLMs/generative AI
 * Cloud data tooling (BigQuery, Spark, Airflow)
