 * Process Mapping & Roadmaps (3+ Yrs): Designing As-Is / To-Be workflows and product roadmaps.
 * BA/QA Tools (3+ Yrs): Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Visio, or similar.
 * Agile & Scrum (3+ Yrs): Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, product backlogs, and cross-functional team roles (BA/QA/DEV).

Education & Work Authorization Requirements
