Experience building REST APIs and integration services using an enterprise integration platform or modern programming framework. 3. Hands-on Salesforce OmniStudio and OmniScript experience, including integration of guided processes with REST APIs, middleware, data services, and enterprise systems. 4. Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, OpenAPI, data mapping, transformation, authentication, error handling, monitoring, and integration testing. 5. Ability to understand customer-service and enterprise integration requirements and implement secure, supportable solutions. 6. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, collaboration, and communication skills., 1. Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud experience. 2. Salesforce Clean Energy Module experience and/or utility customer, CIS, billing, payments, outage, regulated-industry, or clean-energy program integration experience. 3. SAP BTP, MuleSoft, event-driven integration, API gateway, cloud integration, or relevant Salesforce and API credentials. ## Description The Integration Developer - Customer APIs builds, tests, deploys, and supports secure customer-facing APIs and integration services connecting digital channels, Salesforce, customer information and billing systems, data platforms, SAP BTP, and downstream operational systems., 1. Develop RESTful APIs, service endpoints, message flows, connectors, transformation logic, and reusable integration components. 2. Build integrations supporting Energy & Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, Data Cloud, customer portals, mobile experiences, billing, payments, notifications, and operational systems. 3. Translate interface specifications, API contracts, mappings, business rules, security requirements, and acceptance criteria into working solutions. 4. Implement synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, batch, webhook, and near-real-time integration patterns. 5. Work with JSON, XML, schemas, OpenAPI specifications, canonical models, and source-to-target mappings. 6. Implement OAuth, JWT, certificates, mTLS, API keys, logging, monitoring, error handling, retries, timeouts, and operational alerts. 7. Write unit tests, support integration and end-to-end testing, resolve defects, and assist with deployment and production validation. 8. Collaborate with Salesforce, SAP BTP, data, security, QA, and architecture teams across onshore and offshore delivery. 9. Use client-provided or client-approved AI acceleration tools when appropriate for analysis, requirements, design, development, documentation, testing, and defect resolution.
